We offer

  • Whole roasting pigs, 20 – 200+ pounds
  • Whole pigs, cut to order, we sell by hanging weight
  • Half pigs, cut to order

All orders depend on availability of our current stock. Please allow several weeks for us to get the pig ready. The meat cutter takes additional time to make the cuts.

  • How much should I order?


    Roasters weigh 20 to 200 pounds or more, hanging weight. Cost per pound varies.
    Subject to availability
    General rule of thumb: 2 pounds per person if it's the only meat served at your event.

    Cut To Order

    Whole pigs are typically 50 to 200 or more pounds hanging weight.
    We can deliver the whole pig to the meat cutter of your choice. Delivery fees may apply. We highly recommend J&R Natural Meats, please see their website for their cut instruction sheet. http://jrmeats.com/processing/
    All scheduling, costs, and pick-up associated with the meat cutter are your responsibility.
    We may be able to deliver your cuts from J&R if you arrange it with us beforehand. You can pick them up at a Meat Club event, or we can deliver them to you for a fee.

  • 1. Submit your order form and a copy will be emailed to the address you provided.
    2. Jack will contact you to confirm the details of your order.
    3. You arrange for processing with the meat cutter of your choice (if applicable).
    4. Pay California Kurobuta a deposit of 50% of the cost or $500, whichever is less.

    Your order will only be filled after you have paid your deposit AND received confirmation from Jack.
